Practicing an Ancient Art in a Modern World

Located on the northern edge of the Minneapolis NE Arts District,  Architrave Stone Carving has been in business since 2000. 

 We are a full service studio, and can work from existing plans, as well as design from your ideas.

Owner and  principle  carver, Scott Halverson, has been carving stone since 1995.

In addition to hand carving stone, which includes various limestones, marbles, sandstone, and granite, we also make models from clay, AAC (autoclaved aerated concrete), and other materials.
